Can’t see him playing, but they reckon Ginny could be in the squad for Lille. Rather they unleash him against Man Utd, his energy and drive, is what we’ve been missing UTV.

Got the draw, beautiful goal by Rogers . The Brazilian kid of theirs, took his goal well, but aided and abetted by Digna playing statues . Onana was brilliant, lost count of the headers he won, amazed he got the 90 mins . Sancho played some nice stuff first half, but second half we had a lot of players looking very leggy . You may as well of played my Mrs, for Bailey, every 50-50 he lost, just no commitment.
Ollie time and again, just doesn't attack any balls put across the box, surprised that Tammy didn't get on earlier. Got to give it them, the amount of pressure they put on us . But in saying that, we helped second half, by not putting two passes together .
At least we never lost, back on track for a top four . UTV

I think Mings has to take some responsibility for it aswel he gave him 2 much space to shoot, he does give better support to Martinez for corners and set piece into the box but defending in open play he’s not good enough for the PL.
feel sorry for Lindelof he was playing better than both Mings and Torres when he lost his place. it’s going to be a long few weeks waiting for tielemans to come back. missed maginn tenacity big time aswel

Has anyone else heard that Elliot has gone to Newcastle with the squad, also talk of sorting out new loan deal . Hope there's some truth in it, the kid deserves better than what's happened so far . UTV
1.) 25 Jan 2026 08:11:49
Yes, I heard that too.
Agree, the lad hasn’t done anything wrong. He’s been a victim of circumstance.
Feel sorry for him.
2.) 25 Jan 2026 09:49:17
Gotta be a loan with the obligation after so many games taken off ??♂️
UTV
3.) 25 Jan 2026 13:00:21
He's on the bench so surely something has changed?
15 Jan 2026 14:58:40
Villa have sold Findlay Monrow to M Boro for a reported £300, 000 . Ian Hoollaway who was his manager at Swindon, says he's the best L/B prospect, he's ever worked with . He reckons Villa are making a mistake in letting him go UTV
1.) 15 Jan 2026 18:00:34
Dave it won't be the first mistake we have made recently
2.) 16 Jan 2026 00:03:44
It is a bit odd that Malen is in Rome and that there's no sign of a replacement. We're going to be short of players for Sunday. I know Guessand is back but doubt he'll put much fear into the Everton defenders! I don't think Ceballos is very good either so hope we don't overspend on him.
08 Jan 2026 16:50:12
Ria. Madjo another signing, 16yr old built like a bull, plays for England U17s . From what Iv read, everybody was after him . Reported 12m Euros for a kid his age is a lot but, he's supposed to be well worth it UTV
1.) 09 Jan 2026 08:27:13
Could be a master stroke… if you’re good enough, you’re old enough. Get him in, have him on the bench, throw him on for 15-20 mins and rough the opposition up, he could be the new Lukaku, or he could be the new Kevin Francis ? if we’re spending that amount of money on a 16 y/o, I don’t think he should be playing for the under 21’s, throw him in, sink or swim ??♂️

Got to be carful on Sunday, Man U are like Arsenal, masters of the Black arts. With Arsenal as we know, it’s getting as many corners as you can, then physically bullying sides for goals. With United, it’s buying a penalty and if possible, getting somebody sent off. UTV

Dave, nothing's changed since Fergie days. In the past, teams used to beat others by playing good football and scoring good goals. Now it's about how you can score by cheating, diving, etc. Remember the Fernandes pen at Villa Park a couple of seasons ago? No one was near him, and he jumped like a squealed pig, and the replay showed no contact.
We know what we are up against, hoping Ginny shows the others fight and spirit, which, in my opinion, has been missing.
12 Mar 2026 20:29:21
How ironic, I've been going on about Konsa not making his mind up, the first time he does we score off it. What’s going on with Rogers, at the moment I wouldn’t trust him to pass the salt. He’s become so erratic, can’t work out if it's frustration or just going through the motions. Some of the passing tonight was beyond crap, couldn’t even make 2-3 yds.
Buendia once again very busy, but not always in the right way. All that slagging Bogard off, was so uncalled for, the kid had a good game, had some important touches. Not one of our best games, but we won, let’s hope it brings a bit of confidence back for Sunday. Great to see Ginny back, didn’t take him long to get that famous backside back working. UTV.
1.) 12 Mar 2026 20:38:34.
Dave, I agree, I would take the 100mill now from Chelsea. Great to see SJM back. Hopefully it gives us the kick up the arse everyone needs, including Emery.
08 Mar 2026 12:34:20
VAR working its magic once again and cheating Wrexham. God we can’t have the little guy winning can we. Garnacho is a lad full of talent, but what a tart, there again the whole of Chelsea when losing turn into Oscar winners. Wrexham have been brilliant, such a shame they certainly deserved better, VAR looking after the big side again. UTV.
04 Mar 2026 23:01:21
Can’t remember a tackle being made in midfield, playing narrow, we gave them the freedom of wings, Garnacho had yards start on Cash every time. Best thing we did was four up front for corners. Well done Newcastle and Forest UTV.
03 Mar 2026 22:13:30
Come on, you Wolves, don’t make our result too bad UTV.
1.) 03 Mar 2026 22:18:37
Shows how important a good atmosphere is, lads. We need to get behind the team tomorrow. Please get behind the team, as tomorrow is absolutely huge!
2.) 03 Mar 2026 22:23:25
Dave, if I was Emery, I would make our players all sit and watch Wolves' last three home games against Arsenal, Villa and Liverpool to show what effort, fight and commitment can achieve. I just hope we don't have to sit through another home game that's slow and lacklustre, with players not looking up to the fight.
Forget injuries, there is absolutely no reason, with the players we have, we can't show some fight, because it has definitely been missing of late.
3.) 03 Mar 2026 22:53:52
We need to capitalise now, tomorrow night, and hopefully Newcastle can do a job on United as well.
4.) 04 Mar 2026 01:10:51
I'm not entirely sure some of the talk about 'lack of fight' is warranted. The style of our team, during all of its successes (and shortcomings), doesn't really lend itself to showing what is traditionally viewed as 'fight'. We intentionally play a tactical, methodical and precise gameplan that's based around being calm, composed, and staying in control, both physically (when it works well) and also psychologically.
Like it or not, it's Emery's way, and he's not going to change that to react to short-term form. I was one of the many calling for Rogers to be dropped last year, but Emery showed why he's the boss, and we're all on here.
That's not to say criticism isn't sometimes fair (when not overly dramatic), but there's only one type of atmosphere that'll get the players through this tricky spell. So let's stick with them tomorrow night.

Dave I think that Sky getting it wrong again, they reported we go something stupid like 30 m Euros for the kid . UTV
22 Sep 2025 16:14:40
You know the old saying about, careful what you wish for . With what’s happening at the moment, hope it doesn’t but this could really end badly. We all agree there’s things happening we’ve all got opinions on . Emery is no idiot, he knows things, ideas have got to change . He was right about the idol defending, three players just stood and watched, instead of defending the ball, for their goal . Personally I think some players have become a bit comfortable. Despite what Tom says, I think Mings should get the captaincy back, he’s by far our best defender and organiser . I love Ginny for his tenacity, but have to agree at times that’s just not enough. As I said when we get a full midfield complement back, I don’t think we will see him as much . With Ollie he’s always been a confidence player, so Emery has to sort out his supply chain . Ok if he’d scored that chance at the end, we wouldn’t have had all this, a win would have calmed everybody down .
22 Sep 2025 13:28:52
The one lad works at the Villa, obviously Emery has been made promises of un restricted funds .
03 Sep 2025 17:25:46
VJ you’ve got non league and small kids getting picked up by agents now, they are a curse . First one I knew of was a lad I worked at the Rover with, Vince Okiefe . He played in goal for Torquay, then got picked up by Blackburn, waited ages for his chance, eventually got in and played great . Sadly he suffered a terrible leg break and had to give the game up . He was offered the chance of a job with the FA, this gave him the opportunity to become an agent, he had some top players in his time, one was Chris Sutton .
03 Sep 2025 10:56:17
Allstar my son always on the different podcasts, he was telling me the same story, the day before. If the story is true, you can understand there being a bit of unrest . With Martinez, he has to get his head down and win the fans back over .UTV
12 Mar 2026 17:20:47
VJ, I've missed your moaning. ??

Lads, let's see what happens over the next 12+ games. Once again, with the position we are in, with these games to go, we would have been chuffed at the start of the season. I posted an article about the top sides and their entitlement; it becomes expected. Must admit I've had the same frustration, but when, arguably, your three best players are taken out at the same time and your main striker stops scoring, then really we've done well to get where we are.
Emery is frustrating in some of his selections, but I would imagine he's just as frustrated. He's taken us to where we are in three yrs, so I'm sure he will get us back on the right path. With Ginny and Tielemans on the way back, this will make a big difference, Ginny with his energy and drive, Tielemans with his vast range of passing. UTV.
05 Mar 2026 10:51:55
Mings, I was just going to post a similar thing. The break has come at a good time for us. Ginny should be back and Tielemans not long after; it gives us time to regroup. Once again, results in a way have been going our way. If they hadn’t, we really could be in trouble.
Emery surely must realise that plan A, without essential players, is not working at the moment.
Against Wolves, then again last night, there was just no bite in midfield. Both teams had more urgency, got to 50-50s first. Hopefully Ginny will bring some of that fight and urgency back. Tielemans, as we know, will bring back his range of passing we have missed.
Regroup, rethink and get some urgency back. UTV

Whack, you won't convince Tom. UTV.

Matt Targett super stuck it up the noses, UTV.
