I don't think things are as bad as everyone is making out. Look at the table and results so far with Middlesbrough, derby, Sheffield wed all struggling. Teams up there at the top won't sustain it ( in my opinion) once our key players are back I'm 100% confident that we will be top two by xmas.

Have to say for me the best side in championship is Leeds
Very impressed with there allround game,
My tip for championship,
Villa should be up there with them but must get to winning games away from villa park to do that,
Next 6 games will tell me if we achieve this goal,

Just back from westen super mare after last nights game and thought would chip in with my view. Now you know Iam not keen on Steve Bruce but last night he was tactically spot on away from home we should play 3 cbks make us hard to beat and horrible to play against and at home play attacking. Home forms no problem just need to learn how not to lose away and I think Bruce is well on his away to sorting the away form out if it wasnt for these bad injurys we would be a lot higher up the league aswel I think. Everybody wants to win every game but its not going to happen look at Sunderland and Boro they even find it hard. Now the fans yesturday we was great we sang right from the start till the end nobody was slating Bruce or the players just goes to show you give 100 percent and we will be right behind them. I think we can go up in the playoffs UTV.

I belive we will go the whole season unbeaten at home our away record is awful but if we can be ugly away an pick up the odd few points we will be there or there abouts. This squad is strong I think most managers could get this team up even Bruce couldn't mess this up its the best team his ever had. I was one of the fans that's stayed when we got beat 6.0 at home to liverpool and we still sang our hearts out so this isn't as bad at least we are competing now. let's stand by our team no matter what I don't like Bruce but as long as his there we must do our part as fans by singing our heart out everygame give him no excuses why he can't succeed. Best squad in the league best fans in the league best chairman in the league now its up to him to do his bit let's all pull together if it goes wrong then he knows the consequences.

Even thou it was points lost u still think we will be in play offs especially when kodja an jedi come bck, davis n kodja up top is exciting can't wait to see them both play . same goes witg jedi an whealan that will be good mid pairing an can free hourine which will be good also it should be green an adoahmoah on wings.

After watching snodgrass' interview from yesterday, this guys came across and someone with a massive point to prove the whu he wasn't to prove he is quality and that he needed to be played in his position, he sounds like a guy with the fire in his heart to stick his middle finger up to whu managerial staff and prove them wrong. If he can recapture the fore that made them spend £10m+ he could well be the signing of the season for us.
I'm trying not to get carried away with it but I've wanted us to sign him for 2 years now and I really think he will be a fantastic addition for us.

I don't understand why we can't play 442 the players are there to play the formation hogan playing off davis has to work they both need somebody up top with them
We started so negative last night we should be taken the game to the likes of Bristol makeing them play at our tempo because when we up it a bit we caused them problems I taught adomha should have been baught on he is direct and gets his head up
Green is a get talent miles ahead of grealish
samba legs have gone the man was sweating buckets after 10 mins altaught did make some great tackles but he will only be for cover
Bree done himself no harm and he should get a few games to prove his worth
Terry done what he needed to do but if remember right it was him that gave away the free in a dangerous area and he will know himself it was just pure clumsy
Taylor didn't really get forward enough maybe maybe that was plan from the off don't concede
As for the lads in the middle of the park this is our weak link we need to control games more from this area we should be able to these players have done it for previous clubs
Lansbury ran us around the park last season when he was with forrest
Whelan one of the most underated players always get a 8/ 10 from him
Hourihane will chip in with odd goal but as the game on last night he was less effective
El mahamady passing crossing was very poor and that why I reckon adomha should have been baught on
All in all its a point on the road unbeaten in 3 now whit players comeing back from injuries so finally things are looking up.

I agree with you but give hogan a chance a few games with somebody up there with him 5 and 10 mins here and there won't work he is a natural goalscorer he know when and where to make the runs it's just a lack of ball going into him I never liked 1 up top.

The whole 5 at the back experiment was pointless, at least Bruce was man enough to admit he was wrong and switch it round. Good to not lose away after the previous 2 away games however any team challenging for the top 6 buries the chances we created last night and walk away with 3 points. sloppy goal to concede, our defense has gone from our best aspect to our worse, never should of messed with it, should of let Terry go elsewhere and kept Baker, he got away with a handball last night, another day were punished.
