Reading between the lines it seems we are not interested in Praet !!
According to some reports we are leaving him to West Brom, having said that he has apparently said he would prefer a move to Villa Park.
For me at 7mill he is a snip and would give us so many options going forward.

I think 7m for Praet is a snip and he is better than WB. If we could get him and Adama and finally beat Utd then this would be an amazing week

Would like to see him at VP as Villa player but if we buy all players we're currently linked with we'll have spent £75m+ and we surely ain't got that kind of money to splash?

We've had 42m on 2 players, maybe 45-50m in total. So 75m is net spend of 25m which ties in some other clubs like Newcastle, Leicester and Watford.

I am very surprised Charlie Austin is still a QPR player I expected him to move very early on.
Les Ferdinand has said QPR want his situation resolved as it is affecting their plans for the new season.
With that said why does TIm Sherwood not make a move for Austin.
Imagine a striker partnership of Gestede and Austin would not be the fastest but we would score a lot of goals and bring the likes of Grealish and co in the game.
For me Austin is a no brainer and although we have not been linked to him for a while now I just can't TIm Sherwood ignoring a proven English goal scorer available for around £12m

He's on 90k a week and refuses to reduce his wages.
He has a low conversion rate and we don't get a lot of chances anyway
And he still could be a one season wonder

Mattanson got to agree greedy Charlie Austin 90k a week 1 season in prem is not convincing although in a s*** team worse than villa last season which wasn't hard he scored,I say our midfield,strikers sorted,rudy rudy rudy will be a mass hit, I would concentrait on RB proven and a CB now and bring on the rest of season,let's be done with what we've got!! And we have power,creativity,pace not a long time we can say that can we ??

I know we have a bit of money left over from the benteke/ Delph sales but not 35 million. We have been linked 15m for Townsend and 20m for the defender from Monaco that I can't pronounce. Where is the money coming from is randy Lerner willing to invest or is a takeover still on the cards

Been linked for a few weeks, I think Wet Spam is more realistic for him. I would like to see an experienced CM to join up and help the young lads but Barton is a disruption we do not need. Cambiasso would be a better option.
