Villadave, i don't think his heart ever was in it, the bright lights of london and the snazzy area he lived in with 24/ 7 night life, everything on his doorstep, that and being seen as the main man at fulham, that's a heady cocktail to walk away from, seems like the money was the reason, maybe there's a lesson in there for the likes of grealish and rdm, all that glitters.

So Sheffield Wednesday are after Rhodes
They really do have a quality strike force presently, adding to it would surely make a bit of a conundrum for them as to how they would fit all there strikers into the same team .
I have said it before and will say it again but maybe a bid for forestieri should be made with him playing in behind Kodjia that would be quality!
I would also try wells from Huddersfield!
Also if Hull would sell to us I think Hernandez is quality but it would take £20 million to get him . Should we sell the poison dwarf then he should also be an option.

All good stuff kenn I agree but it's all been said on here for weeks, hopefully we find some quality to help kodja but with Akpom being mentioned it doesn't fill anyone with confidence. However give Bruce his due his been brilliant so far this window, maybe timing a bit poor but has found absolute bargains and refused to let us be mugged off, so if McCormack goes I'm sure he will sign some quality.

Rhodes is never worth the £8 million Wednesday are reportedly about to bid and Bruce was right to pull out. Can we afford another Mcormack situation having paid over the odds for an average Player. The press will say Wednesday beat Villa to the signing but in reality Villa had first refusal. Well done Steve Bruce.

Heard a rumour today Brentford sell scot hogan, and buy ross mcormack, who is keen to return to london. This rumour came from a brentford fan i know. So if he goes we need 2 strikers and can't see who we could have that is that great in all honesty. Hopfully Ivory coast get beat an kodjia comes home.
