Hope he's ok but that was some miss. Clearly struggling with confidence at the moment but hopefully the goal will give him a lift. Nice to see Rogers and Konsa playing well and shout out to McGinniesta for helping Scotland to a great result too.
Said this a month or so ago to a mate whilst watching Greece, but I seriously hope Villa scouts are taking a look at Konstantinos Karetsas. 17 and got great potential. Certainly going to end up at a top European club soon I think.

He got to 80 wins in 150 games. This is why so many good teams would be fighting to have him if we were too short sighted to sack him after a mini blip. Remember we have only lost 2 games so far this season

I’m sure at some point Unai will move on all managers do, but I think unless we sack him (god forbid) he will be very selective over where he goes next he has more or less total control of the football operation with us would he get that elsewhere? Not sure and he certainly wouldn’t get it at Utd and I agree with Whack re it being a graveyard for managers. I don’t think Jesus could get a tune out of Utd currently.

I know mate it’s something that needs to be repeated so people on here may give this great manager time to sort out problems. he has definitely deserved it. This is the best manager we have had in decades and people want to swop him for the likes of Ange it beggars belief

Does anyone still think our point at Everton was a bad result. As I've said before it's not been pretty but we are definitely improving. There may well be some unrest behind the scenes but it seems Unai has got a grip on it now and it's beginning to show

I think part of our turnaround is purely down to the quality of the opposition.
I said a few weeks back that two things can be true at the same time. Our performances aren't great, in particular our offensive play, but that's far from being at the stage of calling for Emery to go. If Watkins and Rogers get some decent form back (and there are a few signs that's beginning to happen, albeit baby steps) then we'll be fine. The next few fixtures are going to be much tougher, I just hope we don't have a other round of meltdowns if we lose a few on the bounce again.

Another great stat Daz we do look better at the back and having a great back up keeper helps once we start taking our chances things will be even better. In Unai we trust
