Can anybody else tell me if they have heard sarr on loan with option to buy for 35m? Would be amazing if this is right.

Plenty of rumours but not seen any about a loan. Would be very surprised if Watford went for that without at least an obligation to buy and a loan fee.
Would love to be surprised but suspect this rumour is an agent trying to fuel the fire to get his clients wage/ deal up having seen Villa splashing the cash.

I think the Sarr rumour began via a French source.
He would be a good signing, although almost double the fee of most of the alternative wide men we have looked at.

So rashica is stalling due to wages apparently he wants 75k a week double the wage he's on now. I'm kind of glad the club are not willing to give him that much without proving himself. Just hope all our eggs are not in that one basket.

I really like him but the wages wouldn't be great and am not convinced his heart is in football.

Henry if we can get him max £10mill. Rose's head isn't in the game after the abuse he's received over the last couple of years.
I'm sure he'd still be professional but not enjoying the game loses a good 10-20% performance wise.

Have to say I'm loving these rumours today martinez to sign. Rashica close Bertrand traore bid. Still looking at King and eduard. If we get who we are after this window we have to be looking at top half rather than a relegation fight again. That's if there's substance to the deals obviously either way it looks as though our owners are definitely not shy to make a shot at it. Onwards and upward VTID.

Mike, I think some could be smoke screens to be honest mate.
It is nice, and great fun, but we are at the mercy of hope and speculation.
Throw in some lazy journalism, and you have the ideal breeding ground for rumours, its great fun though.

I honestly think if we wanted benrahma he would have been in the shirt by now. He's a quality player but not sure about him pace wise which it seems we are going for this season. Time will tell. And I agree I'd rather king he's more versatile can play a few positions.

Think we need to move players on first if any more are to come in. Wouldn't be surprised to see a late move for benrahma if we make space in the squad. But ideally I'd like back up defenders for mings/ konsa and targett.

Says Leeds and Southampton are trying to get him too aparantly. Personally I can't wait for the European transfer deadline to pass so we can move on from the rashica talk. If we manage to shift a couple of players on we should move for benrahma imo understanding with Watkins would be ideal.
