The only option to complete with the top four season in season out is to knock Villa Park down and replace it with a 70, 000 seater stadium which ain't going to happen

Agree. Something needs to be put in place. Also, if the Blues somehow get back-to back promotions, then the plans for their stadium will look even better if they’re in the premier league. A 70,000 capacity stadium is a must for Villa and needs to happen asap unless Villa Park can be expanded to say 65 thousand.

There is something in finance called Related Party Transactions where valuations must be that of an "arms length" price regardless of actual amount paid.
Deals are being scrutinised even more since the shenanigans of the last window so don't expect any major Saudi purchases that are then loaned on to us.

Forest have loaned 2 players to Olympiacos, none going the other way.
Both clubs still have to account for everything at a fair value so Olympiacos will be hit with their share of wages, loan fee (and possibly a top up if that does not equate to 1 years value) . It won't touch their cash but it will affect their profit.
Forest won't have to account for the purchase value of the players in the year but they are also gaining absolutely no benefit from the situation.
