I’ll expect our new stadium announcement imminently then. I assume we have a plan as opposed to the constant rumours and non-information given to our fans regarding any stadium plans at all. Clearly we can’t expand VP (much as Bournemouth fans seem to love it) without bulldozing down all the adjacent terraced houses (there’s the elephant in the room right there) .

Same for Anfield by the way. Hopefully, the bluenose gits may have a long and illustrious future in the lower leagues, but at least it will be in a forward-looking stadium, daft chimneys or not ? Exorbitant ticket prices and relying on the prawn sandwich fraternity will not sustain us in the long term
