Anyone know anything about the supposed takeover rumours?

Believable1 Unbelievable4

Its not going to happen randy wont let villa go hes got his rep to think about and whats he done so wrong cos 4/5 yearsd ago villa fans loved him just cos hes stop spending doesnt mean hes rubbish at his job or been the owner come on we could have someone who leaves in trouble

Agree5 Disagree7

Mcleish has money to spend but has to wait until the summer to splash the cash due to jenas, keane, heskey etc.. wages will then be made available.

Kev

There are strong indications that Randy Lerner is lining up a short list of possible replacements for Mcleish should results not go his way over the next ten days. Poyet is top of the list apparently with Curbishley and Keane as other possibles!

Believable2 Unbelievable6

I wish, fed up villa fan

Agree5 Disagree0

Ive heard that too, Poyet does seem to be getting his boys to be playing a passing game down there! Worth a flutter!

Agree2 Disagree2

Its not going to happen randy will give mcleish this season i hate to say it and if he keeps us up he'll get next season too keep dreaming people i hope to wake up and its all been 1 big nightmare

Agree3 Disagree0

Villa have paid out £12m on managers in the last three years thats why he won't get rid of mcleish no chance!

Agree5 Disagree1

27 Feb 2012 20:54:16
With £24m Star striker Darren Bent out for 3 months.
McLeish will give the main striker role to starlet Andreas Weimann who has an impressive reserve record of 2 hat-tricks in the past 3 reserve games.
Gabby,Weimann,Heskey & Johnson are the only strikers left now at VP.
Delfouneseo will be recalled to fill in!

Believable12 Unbelievable4

If you mean Daniel Johnson, he is a midfielder, not a striker.

Agree9 Disagree2

Daniel johnson is like ireland (attacking midfielder) and i have heard something about bringing ex Inter striker Adriano in?

Agree1 Disagree16

The fonz had chances last season, bring him back but for back up. Give Weiman a chance after his progress in the reserves it'll be good for him. And Heskey maybe could have a chance every couple of games but its not like hes ganna rediscover his leciester form is it......

Agree6 Disagree2

Depends if walkers sponser villa for the rest of the season, heskey could be the mystery flavour...

Agree5 Disagree4

McLeish has stated Weimann is the man! He has been ready for a while but you can not apparently drop "Benty" for a youngster.

CANT BEAT WIGAN,playing blacburn next, these are the games we need and sould be winning, this club is in a bad way,our last home game warnock got a awfull going over from his own fans, why would players want to go out and give there all when they are being booed from there own fans,We are makeing ourselfs a laughing stock,we had millner, young, downing in the same team and nothing any team would struggle if they lost them GET BEHIND THE TEAM, dosent have to b the manager or owner

Believable10 Unbelievable7

If they dont want to give there all for the team then they can kindly F off. these players are on more in a week than the majority of society is on in a year, so no i am getting behind none of it.. Sick of the board, sick of the players and sick of the manager

Agree13 Disagree4

27 Feb 2012 12:28:21
I havejust read that mcleish said (quote) " I will turn the villa fans around" yes right and I'm going to be priminister. The arrogance of mcginger is unbelievable. The thing is mr mcleish no one who cares wants you at the club. So it's about time you took the hint and went. What have you ever done as a manager , rangers would not survive in the championship let alone the premiership , scotland you did well there ( not ) and blues the players one the cup not you your tactics got them relegated. You say you will get the fans on your side and I know just how you can do it ........ RESIGN...... We will all be behind you then

Believable12 Unbelievable4

The only cheer he will ever hear from the Villa is the one straight after his resignation, WE DONT WANT YOU AT OUR CLUB

Agree10 Disagree4

Mcleish has already turned me around, bout 5 minutes before walking out of villa park... i couldnt take no more painful watching.

26 Feb 2012 19:11:30
Not likely but I would love to see Malky MacKay (Cardiff city manager) as our manager.
watching them against Liverpool was inspiring.
He could really get us playing top quality football again!

Believable4 Unbelievable4

Maybe we could get him in if we sack McMistake and get rid of our rubbish non-football based board.
Bring back deadly doug!

Agree4 Disagree0

I agree with this but atm we need to back our team as it is. Back the team not the management or owner.

UTV

Agree6 Disagree2

I support the players, gabby wishes our season was over so do i... sooner lerner has learnt that to be sucessful you have to release the iron grip on the old shillings pouch, and buy team players instead of spending 24 mill on a crock that cost us fans a chance to celebrate every time he is caught offside

Anything on the Guidetti rumour down below Ed cuz hes playing great in the dutch league at the moment. Would be great to have him as a back up for bent.

UTV {Ed001's Note - Villa, or rather someone representing Villa, have been to matches he has played in. Obviously they could have been monitoring any player in his team, but he does seem to be the target. McLeish tried to sign him while he was at Brum, so it would make sense.}

Believable0 Unbelievable3

Good I want him at villa next season to provide a second strike threat

Aston Villa "subject to takeover bid"
Oil rich Qatar to invest in Premier League club

Aston Villa are to become the latest football club to fall into the hands of the oil rich nation of Qatar.

Sky Sports News understands, The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) have held preliminary discussions with Aston Villa Chairman Randy Lerner with a view to a potential £150m buyout.

Lerner had previously stated that he would be unwilling to sell the football club, unless personal circumstances dictated, however it seems he has been tempted to sell.

It is not known when the takeover could take place but it it thought the QIA is awaiting for Villa to secure their Premier League status before going public with the deal.

A source who did not wish to be named said. "Randy never wanted to sell Villa, but the Qataris will be able to make Villa successful. He will however, only agree to the sale if assurances over the long term future of the club are given"

If the deal is completed, Aston Villa will join the mega-rich elite league of the Premiership. Currently, Manchester City's owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan has an estimated wealth of over £20bn but it is believed that the cash available to QIA surpasses this amount.

Neither Aston Villa or The Qatar Investment Authority were available to comment last night.

This was pulled about 10 minutes ago from the sky sports website after being on for only a couple of minutes

Believable11 Unbelievable9

Mysteriously not on the website anymore...

Agree10 Disagree2

Fair play going to that amount of effort to lie. Must of took you ages to write that "sky sports" report. Joker.

Agree14 Disagree3

Villa is not for sale.
I have confidence in Lerner & McLeish so just give them your backing instead of making up petty lies just for the sake of the team.

Kev

Agree2 Disagree19

Im all for it at least We will get a good manager and can pay the top wages for top players like Lerner said he would when he brought the club.... Swapping a mercinary for oil rich mercinarys.

Agree6 Disagree2

Kev you cant no a thing about football if you have confidence in McLeish the worse VILLA manager ever

Agree7 Disagree1

We are crap no more VP or merchandise for me until that clown has gone, RL probably wants to do it sooner because i am not the obnly disgruntled fan

Agree9 Disagree0

Totally agree. Played Wigan and couldn't even beat them. Only Shay Givern made sure got a point and now Bent is injured as well. Quatari's aint going to buy us. Were not a sound investment. Falling attendances and the worst football I have ever seen from a Villa team in over 40 years of following them. Dream on if you think were going to get bought and no more crap about given McLeish a chance. He is killing our team with his negative tactics and fans and responding by staying away in droves.

Agree6 Disagree3

I carnt wait to get Heskey 18years of hurt, put on my macron shirt next season....

Villa are not going to be taken over, lerner's stablising the club before spending. Would rather be where we are now, than in Rangers position

Believable3 Unbelievable8

Villa have more chance of playing entertaining football and finding a decent manager than being taken over by a sugar daddy rich sheik.
mcliesh is a quality turncoat who knows nothing about nothing kro

Agree5 Disagree6

Im not surprised were trying to stabalise after carrying heskey since august

Villa are tracking Manchester City striker John Guidetti 19yr old, on loan at Feyenoord, and his team-mate Karim El Ahmadi 27 yr old midfielder

Believable2 Unbelievable4

23 Feb 2012 23:06:20
Villa could be brought at as early as febuary the 28th by the QIA

Believable5 Unbelievable7

We haven't a hope in hell of that happening pal. Stop building people's hopes up. We will be stuck with Lerner and the mistakes he has made (mcleish mainly) for a long time to come. Even If it were true I'm sure the Arabs will lose interest when we go down at the end of the season due to lack of attacking football and piss poor tactics, not to mention that our most prominent defender is out for the foreseeable.

Agree2 Disagree3

Ed can you shed any light on this story , is it a hoax or is there a faint glimmer of hope it might happen {Ed001's Note - I have heard absolutely nothing about it at all. The only company I have heard of sniffing around for a Premier League club is AEG, and they have shown no interest in Villa.}

Agree1 Disagree1

Ed - The company is ran by AEG but it is ENIC the one which is sniffing about but they are buying no club. {Ed001's Note - ENIC already owns Spurs, keep up, AEG were looking to buy Spurs off them.}

Agree1 Disagree1

It seems that there maybe some substance this rumor as there is a piece in the sun today saying Mr lurner maybe open to offers and my friend who is a season ticket holder texted me say somthing may happen in march

Agree3 Disagree4

What does being a season ticket holder have to do with knowing if the club will be sold?

Agree7 Disagree0

Yeah cos when your a season ticket holder your invited to board meetings . Give your head a wobble you clown. Not gonna happen people get used to the championship with our championship kit maker .

Agree3 Disagree1

Thats a good one they get better by the day

Agree2 Disagree0

This could all be a cover up! Rumours, and that is what they are do come through. There is no smoke without fire is an old phrase, but it does seem that someone has forgotten the match to start the fire. Lerner wil do AVFC no good and the money men know he is prepared to sell at the right money. Dont dismiss all the snippets of info that come to the table. We are all becoming cynics and doubting Thomas's, only prepared to believe that we will fail. Lets live in hope and dump the negativity that surround Villa. By being a Villa supporter you know that we are meant to suffer. I am willing to believe that a fairy godmother is just around the corner and should I live long enough to see us successful again I will be happy. Over the years I have seen Villa win the FA cup, all the league cups etc, the 1st division, 2nd division, and 3rd division and of course the European cup in Rotterdam. That is more than supporters of several prem. club supporters have any dreams about. but yes, I want to see Villa at the top again and I hold my breath that something will happen and Mr Lerner will depart... soon. Do you think that M City supporters ever thought that they would be sitting at the top of the prem? I dont think so!!!!

Agree4 Disagree0

Iwas only passing on what i've heard i did not say this come from inside the club however this is a rumor that alot of people are talking about WATCH THIS SPACE

Villa set for a summer clearout of the players on lucrative deals..

Collins
Dunne
Heskey
Beye
Petrov
Warnock

with no longer having to pay Jenas' wages in the summer and McLeish having money to spend.

Expect 5-8 signings this summer!

Believable4 Unbelievable8

I wouldnt personally get rid of petrov hes our most experienced midfielder and improved this season

Agree5 Disagree7

Whos gunna replace these medioka players more medioka players that think they are better than what they are?

who we going in for nigel reo-coker? ollson of albion and probably swap shay given for paddy kenny, why dont we try and sign john arne reise and another quality player in fernando "carnt hit a barn" door torres. summer spending.... $347mil

Agree3 Disagree11

Read vital villa posts (person above this comment) McLeish has my backing and i suggest you do the same. He is showing some sense - lay off him!

Agree6 Disagree7

I dont think anyone wants eck to be given a cent to spend. He has pissed away 16 or 17mil on NZogbia (who is talented but will never fit in with hoof it up style), Given who is good, but 5 year deal at his age, Jenas on loan (destined for injury, not to mention we are still paying spurs despite his injury), Keane surprised many with his overall ability and feel for the game good addition, and not to mention Hutton, who is an atrocity of a footballer........

Despite literally dozens of goals being leaked from set pieces and defencive lapses, eck wont bring in the abundance of young guns for a crack. Baker, Clark (not in mid but CB), Lichaj can all do a job.

Herd to come back from injury, but what about the missuse of Bannan, Delfouneso, Wiemann (who keeps hammering them in)........we have Curruthers, Burke also who are not far away, and people want to give this guy cash to waste on dross.

Blood the youngsters, they love Villa and play for the badge, no more mercenaries who play when they feel like it. Get some pride back into the villa

Agree9 Disagree4

IF you like FOOTBALL you can not support AM it makes no difference to me his blues connection ,its the boring way he plays,

Agree7 Disagree3

Showing sense, have a day off. We are back to the O'Leary days in terms of performance's on the field - at least he had an excuse and did what he could with a dire squad. Even with the loss of Young & Downing we should be able to compete every week. McLeish, Faulkner & Lerner out!!

Agree9 Disagree5

We need to buy another winger, matt phillips of blackpool looks like ashley young was at watford...

but do we invest in players that have a couple of good seasons then want to turn there back on the club...

Agree7 Disagree0

Well said - get rid of beye etc.

Carruthers & Herd for centre-mids for me.
Gabby & Benty up front .. give Weimann another shot!
Win against Wigan & Blackburn - here we come!

Agree7 Disagree4

That blues winger Nathan Redmond looks promising, but it's normally them buying players off us not the other way around.

Now Rangers are in administration expect Villa to sign Naismith on the cheap as Rangers have to sell off all their asset players

Believable9 Unbelievable2

What we ganna sign wallace, davis, edu and the rest as well cause im fed up of being linked with players from the micky mouse league up north. Look at Boyd top scorer in spl couldnt score for middlesborough in like 25+ appearances. These players are practically useless for the team we should be.......
Best win at wigan saturday or mcleish better go

Unhappy Villan UTV

Agree11 Disagree3

Davis was great at Fulham could be fantastic at Villa (replacement for Petrov? because he is getting on a bit ;))
McLeish says he has money but to buy he must free-up some wage cash.
Heskey gets x2 what Naismith gets - Naismith & Davis for HESKEY? Deal!

Agree12 Disagree2

Total agree

Agree9 Disagree1

Gary Gardner is Petrov's replacement

Agree9 Disagree0

I would rather see Gardner and Petrov together then replacing each other from the bench. Blood the youth squad give them all a chance. Look at ox at arsenal stepped up from league 1 to prem n is almost gd for an England call up.

Blood the youth!!! UTV

hi ed do you know if Mcleish is meeting randy to talk about him leaving or if they is going to be big changes needed from both parties {Ed001's Note - sorry it took me a while to answer, was busy today with my daughter being on half term so didn't get a chance to ask around until after she went home to her mother's. From what I can find out, Lerner still backs McLeish, he didn't expect an easy ride and is going to give him the season, so long as the club isn't in a relegation dogfight.}

Believable8 Unbelievable3

So long as the Club aren't in a relegation dogfight? It's a bit late for that, especially with Keane going and Clarke and Dunne injured.

Agree8 Disagree4

Clark is not injured - muppet.
Cuellar is still better than the donkey of dunne.

Agree6 Disagree3

Mcleish is going America to meet up with the Cleveland browns coach.

Agree3 Disagree1

Meeting the Brown's coach. Excellent. I'm sure a lot can be gleaned from a guys who is one year on the job at the pro level. Oh, and the Browns went 4-12 last year. And since 1999 when they returned to the league after a couple years away, they have a .333 winning percentage. A meeting of great minds I'm sure.

Agree5 Disagree0

Mcleish is coming back with a couple of wide receivers who do 100m in 10.2secs. All he will have to do is teach em to kick a ball. Perhaps he is going to advise them on tactics. OUCH

Agree2 Disagree1

Dunne is out for two months and Clarke for a month!

Agree3 Disagree1

Clark is out for 1 week you muppet.

Agree2 Disagree1

Clarke is out for up to a month with a knee injury and medial ligament strain.

...and comparing Dunne with Carlos is plain daft - two different kinds of player. Ideally we need Collins or Carlos playing with Dunne. Brains and Brawn.

Agree3 Disagree1

Mcleish and his coaches are out there to look at the browns scouting and rehab systems.

Agree3 Disagree1

Ye and trying to learn how to attack

Agree5 Disagree4

No, comparing scouting and rehab systems.. Learn to read.

Agree2 Disagree3

I can read... Are U mcleish in disguise?

Agree5 Disagree2

No I'm a villa fan living in the real world.

Agree2 Disagree4

Any Villa fan that says we need Dunne is a idiot. Dunne is awful costs us a goal a game and gives away a pen every 5 games

Agree5 Disagree1

A villa fan in the real world would realise that we need to learn how to attack, if u were manager ud probably set the team up 6-3-1 like mcleish. watch the villa v city highlights, and count on one hand how many shots we had in 90 mins...

Agree6 Disagree1

We scored 3 against chelsea 3 against wolves 2 against QPR dominated them all the second half scored 2 against Arsenal look at the facts mate just cause we didnt score against city we don't know how to attack pathetic

Agree2 Disagree4

Arsenal and chelsea played poorly and the villa did average, so please wake up and realise we are to defense minded under mcleish. we used to counter attack up the wings but havent got the quality in the wide areas to provide for benty like last season, thats why we have seen so many longballs being played...

Agree5 Disagree0

We only play long ball when collins plays so wake up and smell the coffee you ignorent nob

Agree0 Disagree4

Collins didnt play against newcastle and we played a lot of long balls that game, especially first half... but the only decent bit of play we actually created was the cross and goal. too many long balls not enough crosses. Did you remember the martin o'neil days a ball was put in the box on pretty much every attack... o and we could retain the ball and build on it rather than conceding possession by hoofing it up towards benty.

Agree4 Disagree0

I agree we tend to bypass the midfield an awful lot. Im positive thats not mcleish's gameplan. Just a lack of movement, plus we havent really got a midfielder to come and collect the ball off the back four and play forward. As for the comments about how we ust to play under MON, since he left we've lost Downing, Young and Milner. 3 of the best english players in the country, how can you expect us to be better then that team we had at the moment. If were in this position next season at this stage ill be joining you in calling for mcleish's head. But for the moment i understand what the club is going through, just a shame alot of you have no clue.

One name definitely on Villa’s radar is Rangers’ £2.5million-rated defender Lee Wallace – seen as a direct replacement for unsettled England left-back Stephen Warnock.

Believable4 Unbelievable10

No more scotts please

Agree9 Disagree4

You dont want wallace as a replacement for warnock mate hes not good enuf. hes not worth 2.5 mill either

Agree5 Disagree2

To be honest a chocolate fire guard would be better than Warnock at the moment. Would prefer Izaguirre but his not going to cost 2.5mil.

Former Chelsea man Miroslav Stoch is being lined up as a replacement for Charles N'Zogbia who is all but guaranteed to join AS Monaco this summer.

Believable2 Unbelievable8

He would not go to a ligue 2 team in france tht if promoted would be looking to avoid relegation. Im sorry but complete BS

Agree5 Disagree2

I've seen a similar rumor posted that N'Zogbia is almost 'guaranteed' to return to France but with Montpellier not Monaco? - might be a mix up. either-way I rekon he's on his way after that twitter business!

Stoch is a good player, would be happy with him at the Villa!

Agree3 Disagree4

11 Feb 2012 16:40:01
Lots of links to Wigan players, apparently the one Mcleish really wanted was Hendry Thomas, expect Villa to go back in for him during the summer regardless if Wigan go down?

Hendry Thomas - I hope this is a wind up!! I'd rather have Henry Thomas (Elliott from E.T)

Chelsea want hemings from wolves and aston villa want him to. he costs around £800,000

Believable1 Unbelievable5

We want him and Chelsea want him as well? He won't be coming to us then will he.

Agree2 Disagree1

10 Feb 2012 15:37:36
Qatari rumours gone quiet! Knew it was BS all along!

Believable6 Unbelievable4

Totally agree. No one is going to buy a club that is playing dull boring football under a manager no one wants. We can't even fill villa park anymore. We are not a good investment.

Agree3 Disagree1

At the right price everything is available. Villa are rubbish but Lerner is unwilling to go forward. He is aware that in the next couple of years restrictions will be in place on players wages and he has stated that he wants performance related earnings. If this is so then the players owe us the fans a lot of money. Just imagine if they were performance related at the moment, they may well play a bit better, it wouldn't take much.
Its not McLiesh its the players!!!!

Agree4 Disagree1

It's the manager. Most of these players are the same ones we had under ONeil. They haven't turned in to s**te over night. It's directionless management from a man who is out of his depth and no one wants at Villa park. Do agree on the performance related pay though.

Agree0 Disagree2

Oneills starting line up.
Friedel
L.Young
Collins
Dunne
Warnock
Downing
Milner
Petrov
A.Young
Carew
Gab

5 players out of 11.
Lets face it, this season is about slimming the wage budget down. Lerner has promised money in the summer. Judge Eck when he fails with HIS team. Did you really think we would get top half when we lost our 2 best players in the summer. GET REAL! Personally I'd be happy with 17th because i know this season is a transitional period. Mcleish aint going nowhere, deal with it. We aren't performing too far below where we should be with the current squad.

Agree7 Disagree2

Other teams lose their best players and don't implode like Villa have. You telling me that our team is weaker than Norwich, Newcastle or Swansea? All teams we couldn't play as well as if we had fifteen players on the pitch. And no I don't want to see how our useless manager gets on with his own team. Look down a division and you can see what happens to a team he assembles.

Agree0 Disagree6

Difference is Paul Lambert and Brendan Rodgers have been incharge of their clubs longer then Mcleish has. Theyve built their team and have got them playing their brand of football. Im not saying anyone wants to see it but thats the only way we can judge him. And you mention Newcastle, were the Toon fans absoloutely ecstatic that Pardew got the job? I dont think so, and look at them now. Hes assembling his team because hes had money to spend and they look very good. Pardew was hardly amazing at West Ham and Charlton was he. We have money to spend in the summer. So far its a job well done by Mcleish, Lerner told him to keep us up whilse we slim down the wage budget and thats what he will do. Thats what happens in a transtional period.

Agree3 Disagree0

3 of those playes still playing are defenders and we are awful at defending but wasnt that a strong point under oneil

Agree1 Disagree2

Very true. But i think Titus Bramble could keep a cleansheet in our defence if he was getting bonuses everytime the team won a game and kept a clean sheet. Just like Carew would get a bonus everytime he scored a goal. Also this defence is another 2 years older since Oneill left. Dunne just cant do what he ust to. I do agree our defence has somehow got awful, and you'll say well thaats mcleish's fault. But then ill just use the same argument someone did against me earlier, his team was poor at small heath but they had a solid defence so surely its the players right?

Agree3 Disagree0

Dont give am any money be a total waste

Agree2 Disagree0

Hi browsing this and recall great defence with MON was centred on Laursen - went downhill after his demise.... :-)

Emilio Izaguirre and Matt Jarvis joining in the summer is a rumor gaining momentum.

Believable5 Unbelievable5

Heard this too! {Ed007's Note - Man Utd are monitoring Izaguirre's recovery from his injury with a view to moving for him in the summer.}

Jarvis will only come if wolves are relegated. Izaguirre will cost too much for us.

A friend of mine works within the hospitality dep at Villa Park and says they'll be a rock 'n' roll concert during the summer, Marc Albrighton and Barry Bannan are apparently promoting it (decent indication they're both staying)

Believable5 Unbelievable5

Both are villa fans so we knew they were staying.

Agree4 Disagree4

They may be fans, but if they are promoting the event it is an eye to make money, nothing to do with loyalty.

Former Arsenal & soon to be free-agent Alexander Hleb is wanted by McLeish to help sort out an injury crisis.
Barcelona are set to release the Belarus international.

Trust me on this lads!
Kev

Up the villa & lay off mcleish lads - he is doing a good job for the funds he has had available.

Believable10 Unbelievable22

Rubbish signing and would add zero value whatsoever. You would have to be a complete person to bring him in as it would block Gardner and a host of other players vying for playing time.

What injury crisisdo you speak of btw........Jenas and Herd.......we have Gardner and Keane that have stepped in to replace Jenas and Herd and its a simple case of addition by subtraction with Emule Lionel Heskey.

Agree5 Disagree0

*person should read person above - damn iphone {Ed001's Note - it's not your phone, it's our swear filter, it was set like that to begin with, needs to be changed. It is on the to do list, but so are a million other things.}

Agree2 Disagree0

Could see us getting Hleb, really don't want this to happen though !!

Agree3 Disagree4

Cant see how this would hurt if it was until the end of the season, Hleb is a good player who has gone off the boil

Agree2 Disagree5

With heskey, jenas, beye, keane all off the books soon enough .. we will be able to do this easily!

Agree0 Disagree3

Are we forgetting when Hleb was at the scum on loan under Mcleish he hated it so can we have some constructive rumors and Mcleish's signings
Given = pure quality
N'zogbia = Pure SH*T should of brought in S.Sinclair, Taarabt or Zaha
Stevens = Purely unknown
Jenas = never got on a roll with his injuries
Keane = Pure Quality
SO so Far out of 5 Mcleish signings we have 2 good signings so far Mmmm!

Agree4 Disagree8

Stevens is one of the highest rated young defenders - unknown pff
N'Zog-cheer is getting better too!

CNZ is a quality player and will prove that this second half of the season.

Hutton has not been as bad as people say and is starting to settle in a bit, lovely centre to Bent

Stevens is one of the highest rated young defenders - unknown pff
N'Zog-cheer is getting better too!
---------------------------------------
Stevens one of the highest rated young defenders he cost 250,000 Smalling cost manu 9m P.Jones cost 16m so how is Stevens so highly rated he might of been in Shamrock rovers i'm not saying he doesn't have potential just he cant be that good and right now he's an unknown.
N'zogbia is SH*T would rather have Sinclair,Taarabt,Zaha,Larson,Mcclean even Mcgeady must be better than N'zogbia as his cross quality is dyer. Gaby and Albrighton are better on the wing than him
