Seen this reported by the S*n who have taken it from Canal+ who announced "Garde arrives tomorrow". Reginald Ray will be his assistant (he sounds like a character by all accounts}.

Slow down, Hnchmchl85! Right now we are bottom of the table- I think it will take a few years for us to even be in contention for the title. Our target should be to avoid relegation this year and looking at the teams in the relegation battle this year, it will be a tough task.

Just heard off my contact at villa park and remi Garde has agreed a 3 half year deal there just sorting out the compo now for the 2 lyon coaches we are thought to be paying a wopping 6million so there you have it folks new manager will be announced soon! he's 1st game is thought to be either city or everton most likely Everton.

Well don't you all feel silly now i told you remi Garde was going to be Aston Villa manager and was set to be announced his first game will be Man City. Lyon wanted 6 million for the staff villa have agreed 2million! He will be in the stands watching tottenham game an will take control he's only missing 1 game which is spurs know ient drunk people 3 an half year deal. So before people doubt me again just think on! Same as you all doubted me when i said tom cleverly was coming on loan why are people so qwick to judge i don't put false info up there's no point!

Doom and gloom, without a doubt we are in a scrap. As much as TS was an infectious character he didn't know his best starting 11
Personally I would just like to see us putting a shift in and attacking bit like Leicester of the since the start of 2015
On paper we have a decent team when the best 11 players are on the pitch .
The majority of teams seem to adopt a 4-2-3-1, which could work as below
Guzan
Richards Clark Okore Amarvi
Veretout Sanchez
Traore. Gil Grealish
Kozak
This may not be the best starting 11 but it could do a job.
With plenty of attacking substitutions Ayew, Gestede, and Sinclair to come in when required.

In essence we should be playing the best 11. But I also think a more maverick Leicester type approach is required to make up for goalkeeping and defensive frailties.
