All this talk of defenders midfield players etc all we need is goal scorers get rid of the deadwood the non performers, then get in dads army just for a year? I don't care what people think, experience only comes with age JT Chris Samba et al . Look who's trying out for the Other second city club Robbie Keane didn't he keep us up one year not long ago, so quick thinking could play with anyone? Deitmar Berbatov just look on YouTube to see what he can do ok he may not work his socks of just see how good he is a what he does. All examples of what young players should be doing . Oh by the way didn't they play together at a certain north London club and become there best striking partnership? Then try Grealish with those 2 what could they do to you! A fast winger wow Hogan instead of Berbatov win win . Also no transfer fees just wages win again, just gets better doesn't it?

Thanks mainbob, excuse the frustration but I thought football was a simple game . If you play well you stay if you don't you out. Well not if your a spoilt footballer who doesn't really want to play for you ( could think of a few there? ) and sits on his contract . How about a clause that says you don't play we don't pay and we hold your contract Might get Agee people going eh! Mind you it's easy for me I wouldn't want Steve's job for 2x his salary great chairman too much deadwood, he needs another year till end of this season?
