Just listen to the David Wagner on sky he said it doesn't matter how big you are how rich you are how experienced you are all you need is passion and fight omg I so wish we had him has manager his passion and Enthusiasm is infectious. I now get it like he said doesn't matter about players difference is his players would die for him. Our players lack passion apart from hutton and kodjia.

Is this not what 99% of us keep posting.
Not sure about Kodjia passion I would call it selfish. Same goes for most of the players. They get their money regardless of result.
The only thing that Lerner could be credited with was his original quest for performance related play. However he never got it.
Motivation is a winner and it can be bought.
