In Germany and other countries, they have a lot of teams owned by a fan base . Maybe you might know more about how works Ed . We appear to have a lot of very wealthy fans, couldent a consortium of fans be got together . I know it's clutching at straws maybe, but it's another road to look at . How about another share scheme, for fans to raise money, Maybe it could be used as a loyalty scheme against your season tickets price . {Ed002's Note - In other countries there are indeed clubs not with commercial owners - but they are effectively co-operative associations that have existed for 80 years or more. At the highest level of the English game it is entirely impractical to make a success of doing that now. The money to buy Premier League clubs is vast (hence the American investment in the likes of Crystal Palace, and Everton & the significant Chinese investment in the likes of Manchester City.}
