Deals I have heard from reliable sources.
Jordan Rhodes seamed unlikely, however Boro are to make a strategic deal which combines an element of factors such as a promotion add on aswell as app/ goal add on to rovers. The initial price will range from 4 to 5 million. Add ons will push it to around 9.5 million. Other interested but Boro are the leaders of the pack.

Nathan Ake and Thomas Kalas will join the club upon the opening of the window.

Bids have been made for Geroge Friend by Aston Villa but he will not be allowed to leave for less than 6 million. Lowton may be used as an incentive.

Pompey target Enda Stevens was released by Aston Villa yesterday, and the Blues will look to secure the signining of the left back in the coming days.

Meanwhile, rumours are circulating that Paul Cook may make a move to sign Pompey youth product and recently released Sheffield Wednesday defender Lewis Buxton. This is looking unlikely however, as the 31 year old already has suitors from the Championship and League One.

I'm hearing new owner is the Chinese and is a guy called wang jianlin worth about 26 billion. He has been looking for the right investment in the epl for a couple of years and did look at Southampton at one point. He is willing to invest decent money as well. Hope it comes off now.

Unlikely he'd buy Villa when he's in deep with AMadrid

He has a 20% stake put has been looking to buy here for last 2 years. Looked at Southampton last year and brief at palace but now seems ready to push ahead.
