Great news everybody jimmy sinclair has joined, he's a canny scotsman and should work well with blacky, god help the french foreign legion trying to understand the team talks, i suggest they all start watching 'Taggart'to at least have half a chance of following the game plan!

Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool and Spurs are interested in signing Andre Green. They sent scouts to a Villa U21 match he was playing in yesterday. A shame, because it looks like he might break into the first team in the coming weeks.

Why sell young and up and coming players sell dead wood and bring through the youth.

Tony Pulis, anyone? I know he's currently the Baggies manager but the bottom line is he's a good manager with experience of Championship promotion and then building the team in the PL. I don't think we can be picky in our situation, so I for one would be happy with him coming in in the summer.

I don't agree. We have to be picky. Our next managerial appointment is going to be the most important since Graham Taylor
Pulis? No (resoundingly so)

Your 100% right Mendax, i just hope the board don't have to wait for randy to rubber stamp it, resulting in more dilly dallying.

If it's our most important appointment since Taylor, then we should pick someone who's good at going up and then some. Tony Pulis is perfect at doing that, and we fans should look past the fact that he's currently the Baggies manager- he'd do us good. If not, Big Sam or Chris Hughton?

Martin O'Neil.
Could be free in July, only 3 months to go.

I think the messiah had his fill of randy's pie in the sky first time round, and i think MoN was quoted recently saying it was a no go, politely of course, a shame but it is what it is, who's next, we may have to wait till the summer, i think we've just brought in some scottish fella (ex-rangers) to assist blacky, so it could be 2 months away before we know, talk about rinsing your emotions!
