I dread the Champions league next season ( assuming we don't lose all our remaining games) . Players that just aren't good enough. Of course nobody will agree with me however that starting Eleven tonight would struggle to be mid table. So did Emery think Tonight would be comfortable as our opponents have only one once away from home in the cup and a stronger side is as important on Sunday, or did he just get it entirely wrong. Of course if the team he picks can't pass to players in the same colour shirt, the the defence he picks are mediocre at best, then it's probably not down to him. I personally have seen far to many average home performances, which really worry me for the future. My hope is that with two quality full backs, Mings and Konsa at the back, Kamara and Tielemans and two others in midfield, Ollie and Bailey and two new strikers the we can go in to next season with optimism, capable of holding our own in Europe, because I don't think we have done ourself justice this season even though we have faltered at the semi final stage.
