Would love to say at least we scored a goal but it was a gift that we still nearly managed to mess up. I don't know what's going to happen but this can't continue, as tight as money is with the restrictions we seem to have wasted serious millions on maatsen, Onana, Malen and gussand not looking much use either, that's over 130 million for what looks like rubbish.

Exactly what I’ve been saying regarding recruitment. People just blame Monchi but Emery wanted him on board so people can’t be naive enough to think Emery has no say who gets signed.

People use PSR as an excuse but we’ve recruited horrendously at times and allowed players like Rashford, Asensio and now Sancho on loan on crazy money.

It’s about time the claret and blue glasses come off for some and realised we are really in the mud. We are one season out of any form of Europe away from a fire sale and we all know where that can lead. We are not ran well as a club in terms of finances and the owners and the management team have to take responsibility for this.
