A bookies has suspended betting on Delph going to Man city. Disappointed if that happens, for Villa and for Delph

I really can't see him leaving but it's a funny ole game ye never know. Does anyone know why Joe Bennett isn't on the squad sheet ( avfc official site) but it has been updated to include Bunn??

Delph didn't go to Portugal, everyone expects the worst so bet on him going to City, odds lower, betting gets suspended and we all sit here with squeaky bums. Means nothing. hopefully

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't be disappointed if he's sold to Manchester City for £10 million. I really don't think that he has done enough to prove to me that he's good enough for Aston Villa. Besides Villa needs the money from both Delph and Benteke, another player I wouldn't be disappointed for leaving. If Villa received £42,5 million for both players, then Sherwood could sign at least 4-5 quality players. We would need a CB, a LB, an AMR, an AMC and a ST.
