I would personally bring in:
St: guidetti loan from city
Cm: will Hughes perm (big money signing)
Lb: cresswell (Ipswich) swap Bennett + cash
Gardner and Grealish need to be first team sooner rather then later. Far better players thn kea and tonev.

{Ed001's Note - they are both due back for the New Year's Day match, possibly, as the club have a fitness test for them lined up ahead of it. So keep your fingers crossed.}
{Ed013's Note - If money was available I would say Ba and Guidetti would be very achievable signings. I can't see De Bruyne going to Villa and Will Hughes is being monitored by a lot of clubs, but with Derby doing very well I can't see him leaving until at least the Summer unless a big offer is made. I don't have any concrete links due to things not being great at the minute with results}
