Well, after watching the Everton game where do we go from here...the transfers that PL needed should have been tied up before August and then spent pre-season bedding in...Its just ridiculous to hear Sunderland spending £25m on Johnson and Fletcher...its time for Randy to dig deep to improve the squad as what is the cost of losing prem status - £100m?

The cost of premiership survival this year is not £100m. Thanks to the new Sky deal its over £200m. If we were to go down and, by some fluke, we could come straight back up imagine the disadvantage we would be at and the amount we would have to spend to put together a team capable of competing. Simply answer, spend now, don't risk finishing in the bottom three and take the money next season we the new tv deal kicks in

Wouldnt be suprised if Lambert starts to panic buy. Expect alot of new signings coming in, to be honest we need them at the rate were going.

given a massive footballing lesson from everton today. same old crap from us an't got a clue, lambert must be taking lessons from macliesh, because nothing changed at all. the drop looks certain

Lambert must bring in a striker or we are in serious trouble we had £24m to spend we spent 8m on Vlaar lowton and el Ahmadi where has the other 16m gone ??

The best scenario for all concerned was to bag transfers early on, especially after the earlier furry of purchases. It has now gone dead. We have a great Manager who has great potential and early signs were that he had a plan; it is clear that we have to get rid of high earning players.

But surely that should not stop us !, come on we could be on a crest of greatness, we are a force !, spend some money, not a lot get some lads that will fight for our cause... Get em' in and we will follow em'
