Wes hoolahan has had a transfer request turned down, and has said he wants to leave, Looks like he is trying to push through his villa move
Still think this will happened before the window, looks like Defour is in talks with Fulham.
Why do people think Norwich will allow Hoolahan to join Villa? He's a contacted player, they do not need to or want to sell he will be put out to the reserves rather than let him go to Lambert, Norwich are not needing to raise funds in order to buy first
I think that you will find that ALL prem. clubs need money. None are so flush that a million quid will not make them sit up and take notice.
Norwich will not sell Wes to a rival club and defiantly not to Villa to much bad blood between clubs

This report shows Villa what they really are, Lambert didn't want Hoolahan in the first place He only wanted to unsettle him and effect the rest of the team attitude towards Him, He brings in Holt, gets him to mention how good it would be to play with Hoolahan again like they did at Norwich, It just shows how much Lambert has sunk, Hoolahan is staying put and will be playing Tuesday at Carrow road

Im sure Lambert has got bigger issues to deal with other than trying to unsettle norwich players, for example trying to turn Villa into a half decent side
