mcleish to bring roger johnson, ben forster, zigic and seb larsson with him and also signing bougerrha from rangers in a deal with cueallar . outs collins heskey petrov young.

Please not Zigic or Larsson.
And we don't want players from Rangers look at Ceullar he couldn't hack the pace and is going back to them

But Foster would be a good signing and Johnson would be good
I can't see Collins leaving if the door has apparently been opened for Dunne to leave as he was seen as the main perpertrator in the training ground bost ups were not gonna lose both centre backs

Why do you want Villa to waste 5million mate

Larsson is free, Dann is 10-12 million and Foster is 6-8 million so where you getting 25 Million from

But anyway one thing is for sure Villa need to spend to re-build the squad with Ash gone and Hopefully Downing on the way out as if he doesn't wanna play for us we should sell him and captulise and his value instead of sellin players with only a year left so we can't make money on them plus i'm not a fan of making a player see out their contract when they don't wanna play for us as you can see it in their performances

Cause with those two gone we will need a big name or two coming in or another wis kid like when we brought Ash someone hungry out to make their name in a squad which regularly get watched by Fabio Capello

When we bought foster a year ago he was a disappointing goalkeeper who had failed to show his potential. we paid 6mil for him. a year later he is been called back into the england squad only for him to retire due to injury concerns and was the first choice goalkeeper in the prem team of the year ahead of the likes of reina van der sar cech and our keeper last year hart. you still believe he is roughly 6 mil. his value would of atleast doubled maybe up to even 15mil. 25mil for the 2 of them is roughly right with 12mil each as a minimum.

Sorry Doc i think you've got your rose tinted glasses on there. Had Birmingham stayed in the premier league you may have been able to command those fees but the truth is Blues went down and therefore you have to sell due to your dodgy chairman being skint. £20 mil would be more than enough to get those 2 players!

Ashley Young will sign for Man u this week as he has already agreed personal terms the only reason he hasn't already signed is cause randy wouldn't conclude any business while the search for a manager was going on.

Expect a number of surprise moves as the board will look to regain the backing of the club's fans. Shaquiri, barnetta, dann, nzogbia, sturridge and wellbeck to be the principal targets. Loan targets are Raphael from united and walker. Warnock and Ireland to be culled. The surprise is that Michael Bradley will be staying as will downing although only for another year. Mcgregor is the goal keeping target not foster. Don't rule out a marquee signing.

mccleish has named his targets within the clubs budget.
1st will be foster for 10 million activates a release clause. 2nd will be nzogbia who mccleish could not afford at blues 12 million. 3rd will be charlie adam while others are thinking about it 10 million . if he can not land adam will turn his attentions to out of contract owen hargreaves an finally upson who is also a free agent.
villa will re-coup 16 million for ashley young going up to a maximum of 19.5 with add ons. collins will join blackburn for 8 million.

As a Rangers fan i have to sympathise with you Villa fans, i never like Mcleish even when he was at Rangers but after taking Birmingham down, it just shows he's a glory hunting rat that has deserted the sinking ship.

How can you appoint a manager that just got his team relegated! Brum have a decent squad and should never have gone down! And I will add, he plays a pants style of football!

Lerner no longer shows interest in the games he didn't allow oniell to spend money that he made by selling barry and milner he shows no respect to houllier who would know his health situation better then anyone and then he hires mcleish who is an average manager. his was one of the best owners a couple of years ago but now he needs to go

Coming from Glasgow I'm kinda biased in the whole mcleish debate. He did a great job at Rangers, and I think he will do well at villa, I mean when did villa beat arsenal in a caring cup? I think all the people need to realise that the city villa rivalry is tame at best. I

Exactly Mcleish has a half decent record yeah so what he got the blues relegated who yo-yo between the championship and the prem anyway so no surprise there was never really given full backing off the owners at brum and still managed to win the carling cup and obviously Randy's taken a risk appointing him so expect spending this summer to give Mcleish support he also has 7 reasonably easy first fixtures so hopefully we'll be off to a flying start And if he can bring silverware to villa park we'll all be happy
So we jjust need to give him a chance and if he's rubbish the chance is he won't last long so lets just get back to supporting our club and see what the summer brings

on the 29th may i commented about when houllier would call it a day and press
conference would be called. i was a day out due to the bank holiday.
im confirming all this will still happen.
villa's new kit will be made by nike. the stadium will be re-named the nike arena
on a 10 year deal for 60 million.
rafa will be named as next manager. check the odds with all book-makers.
