I'm not one for screaming about sacking managers and changing managers every couple of months but I don't think much has changed since Deano came in yeah I know we played well if the first couple of games but looking at that team Friday night everybody has lost the spring in there step they had when he first came in I know we are missing Jack but the reality of it is we are going to lose him anyway we never seem to have plan b or c surly there is somebody in that squad able to play the grealish role if not change formation, what's wrong with the old 442, we have so many players running contracts down and so many loan players next season is going to be worse because the only players we have that fetch decent money is grealish, Mcginn, each season for maybe the last 8 we seem to be going backwards maybe this more than any this time last year we were floating around 2nd 3rd and 4th we are so many points away from 6 it's nearly mission impossible now,
I just don't see any improvement manger after manager and it's no better we have a good manger in Deano but I get a feeling if we had sir Alex in our dressing it wouldn't make any difference.

So you agree with me then Villatrust?
Its the players and not the manager.

So by your reckoning VD the players were the problem when Man U weren't performing not the manager, doesn't sound right to me!

Their squad has undoubted talent, so in that particular case I think the players were not performing for Jose Mourinho, he is no longer the special one, and he is not a liked man.
I think Our case is a tad different, and I think most of the players we have are simply not good enough, and cannot carry out what is trained into them.
How difficult is it to pass the ball, run into spaces, spot dangers,
believe me all this is tried on the training pitches.
Dean Smith and his staff practice all aspects of the game, its up to the players to do it on the pitch under pressure.
Surely you have played football, did you have to wait till half time to get orders on what to do next, No.

Villa dave; I have no doubt it's the players after all the mangers we have gone trough it has to be the players, they go from 8 out 10 one week to 5 or 6.

Villatrust, that's the only point I am trying to make mate.
Get fed up with people calling for the managers head as soon as results go against us.
We have to stick with it, have some faith and patience, and eventually I think things will improve.
Players can make or break a manager.
