Are any fans worried that we have spent too much money as it does t gurantee success! Also what do people think on the balance of the squad?

Worried about how much we have spent fgs all football has gone mad since latest tv deals enjoy it we getting quality for money we have spent its not as if its been wasted like other years xia is the man think what he will spend once we get back in the promise land.

If he scores 20+ league goals this season, with Ross, rudy, etc. And these goals get us back up, that's 100m.

Bargain if you ask me.

Criticism for the sake of it is so counter productive, negative and annoying!

What other fans think, or what other clubs do, is irrelevant, stuff them!

I know where you coming mate, but I think it all comes from last season, we spent money last season and we only got a couple of good players out of that!
I think what the owner has done has been brilliant so far e. g. Cutting the wage bill and buying good players for the championship, however until results come on the pitch there is going to be negativity around the fans and you have to understand that!

Well said Flackie. No pleasing some people! I for one am really looking forward to this season instead of the dour last few years we have had. RDM and Dr T are doing a great job so far. can't wait for our next match.

I get where your coming from Avfc10 but it doesn't worry me at this stage. I think we can afford to push the boat out to try and get back to the Prem at the first attempt but if we end up staying in the championship for multiple seasons, this level of spending will become unsustainable.

Right now I would be happy if we could get the last few (Richards, Gabby etc) out the door on deadline day to get a few quid in and a chunk off the wage bill and splash a bit more cash for a creative attacking midfielder.

I know what you mean but last year we brought players from a different league (poor one at that) . At least this time we are buying players who know the championship. It will take time to gel just think if we can win 2 games on the bounce would make a big difference.
