Below are the criteria for a red card in the premier league rules I have read the Emis Red was for denying a goalscoring opportunity not violent play, however most sports papers are saying that it was a three match ban, does anyone know if it was one or three match ban

RED CARD RULES

One-match ban:
Second yellow card in a match
Denying a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity
Two-match ban:
Dissent
Three-match ban:
Violent conduct
Serious foul play

It says on PL fantasy football that he's suspended until the 23rd of Aug. so 1 match ban.

I was wondering the same, some articles I’ve read have eluded to a one match ban but I haven’t seen any definitive statements

I reckon a solid bid will come in on 24th, that’s a weeks wages his suitors won’t have to pay, maybe they’ll pass it on to some of the staff they fired or made take a pay cut ??‍♂️
