Just been doing some searching, if Bailey was to leave for decent money, & keeping in with the spirit of we seem to be eying younger up and coming players, I'd go all in for Tyler Dibnling, surprised he hasn't moved on yet

To expensive mate, honestly don’t see us buying anyone of note, personally I think we might sign 1 or 2 cheap young players and possibly a loan or 2.

I fear you may be right Whack, particularly now that Kamara has signed I would presume most of the savings we made salary wise from the Coutinho sale will have been eaten up, plus the fact two of our other big earners Mings and Digne have either signed or are on the point of agreeing a new contract means out scr position won’t have improved so unless we get rid of the likes of Bailey, Buendia, and one or two others I can’t see how we get down to the appropriate level.

Think of it the Chelsea way, I’m sure Dibbling would love to be on £100K+ but why don’t we go for him on a 7 year contract and pay less per week, going to guess he’s on less than £10K at Southampton. Do some digging, Felix was on a super long contract and on £80K ish per week, not the £200K+ you’d think
