If there are two wingers who are least effective, can't beat a player and who gives the ball away more than Bailey and Philogene I haven't seen them. Watkins unfortunately isn't able to cope with the pressure of Duran waiting in the wings, . when you have as many chances to increase the lead and improve the goal difference and leave us exposed to the bottom of the league scoring a late goal is poor play. Forget the weather it was a poor performance against a very poor side,

Scott, I'm not sure it was a poor performance as such but it was lousy in putting the game to bed. In my humble opinion ollie needs dropping, he reminds me of gabby who also missed more than he scored. Teilemans needs a long rest, he's giving more passes to the opposition. I agree fully about bailey and jaden. Still 3 points is 3 points

SV of course 3 points is welcome, to put it in perspective we played the bottom of the league who shipped five goals against Chelsea. my concern is we give the ball away too easily and yes Tielemans is guilty, unfortunately he is not on his own, Konsa is also a liability. We finished fourth last season and are holding our own in the CL, but in the day to day premier league we are way off the mark and things aren't going to change until we sort out the weaknesses, which are major issue if we want to complete at the top level.

Scott, I don't think konsa is a liability, got to disagree on that. What you said about a team who shipped 5 goals midweek merely back up my observation that we were lousy at putting the game to bed. We had more than enough good chances to put 5 past them but we didn't. I truly believe had duran still be on the pitch for the last 20 mins he'd have got a hat trick

SV, Konsa is a good defender, I was referring to some of his passing in defensive areas exposing us to the counter attack, as I said not on his own, sloppy play is totally self inflicted and Emery should be jumping all over this issue.
