Everton docked 10 points for breaching FFP rules. That puts them second from bottom on 4 points. That still only puts them 2 points inside the relegation zone though, so I think they'll still be OK and avoid the drop. There's plenty of the season left.

Does anyone know why the judgement for Everton is relatively quick when compared to the 115 allegations of Man City’s FFP misdemeanours? remain these have been around longer than those against Everton I believe.

LOTM, Everton had 1 case to answer for whilst Man City have 115 and the case is ongoing.

Perhaps we’ll get Jack back on a decent deal if they have to offload. I think he’d be glad to come back now he’s got his kudos and a Champions League badge ?

Man city's jack grealish doesn't get in our side based on the maverick being coached out of him by a tactical master.

Aka, I accept that whilst Everton had only one charge and City have 115, however the case against City has been ongoing for a number of years at least 4 to the best of my knowledge maybe even longer. This suggests to me that something underhand is going on.

Man City have done a much better job at moving money around and using shell companies, that requires a huge investigation to tie it all together and link back.
Everton just straight up fudged the accounts and hoped for the best. That took very little investigation.
