Again a terrible goal to concede, looking better the last 15-20 mins,comon Villa let's win the second half.

Of the 25 men on that pitch everyone has been rubbish except Buendia, Telles and de gea.
Officials again showing their ineptitude. The ball didn't do a full rotation on their free kick for the goal. We almost scored from a corner when Konsa had kicked it out. Blatant foul throw missed and they almost scored from a free kick when their player was flying in like the karate kid just before dignes foul.

Got to be happy with that result from being 0-2 down. but it was disappointing that was ever the case to begin with.

If we can cut out the individual errors we've actually got the makings of a good side with a competitive squad!
Negatives:
Man u were again nothing special, they were better than the other night but they're still definitely beatable and its a missed opportunity to do the double over them in the league.
Also thought Matic could have had 3 or even 4 yellows.

Positives:
Besides the mistakes we kept the ball well and made things happen throughout the game.
Ramsey had another very good game, Digne slotted in nicely and Coutinho has announced himself back in the premiership with a bang.

What a comeback, kudos to Ramsey, and great to see coutinho open his account against the scum, digne provides that attacking threat but we were left exposed quiet a bit, buendia really finding form I thought he was our best player even though jj got a goal and assist, emi will be disappointed, at the end the draw felt like a win.
finally if there’s 1 player in the league I absolutely hate it’s Bruno and his cheating rat face.

For sure Ed, they created very little, we were our own worst enemies today

There is signs there to be optimistic about, hopefully we can push on, 1 or 2 more players will make us a really good side, shame we had no maginn today he’s a huge loss, sanson is not half the player that our super John is.

Fair play to Ramsey in that 10 minute spell.
I'm still torn on him though as if anything he was a symptom of the same Villa we have watched for several years. He did very little for an entire half and gave the ball away too often. Second half when we're losing he decides to wake up.
I'd still prefer to start Sanson next game. I felt of the 3 he was the one that ran the game today. He was blamed for the second goal but he was under pressure and Mings had the head start if he'd actually come to the ball so I don't believe it was Sansons fault.
