Nxt 4 games Chelsea, Everton, manu, spurs can't see us getting many points out of these games, we could be in bottom 3 after these games and if we the owners seriously need to look at changing manager I know people are going to go mental but in my opinion I don't think he's the man to get us into Europe in the nxt 3 years like our owners want we need a big name manager, joachim Lowe, Lauren blanc, Steven Gerrard.

For god sake we are 3 games into a new season and we have some calling for the managers head! Apart from the fact we haven’t been able to turn out our best team because of injury, we have to give Deano the chance to incorporate the new players and adapt to a way of playing without Grealish and less than 10 games isn’t sufficient time in my opinion.

Lord of the Ings absolutely spot on mate. The new players still adapting. Still not to full strength and still competing if games and taking results I’m happy with. Different attire when full squad is playing and Deano gets his first 11 out.

Give it till Xmas or the new year and then see where we are, if we are in the bottom half then questions will have to be asked, IMO.

Ridiculous 4eva, in our 3 games so far we had a bad hour where we shipped 3 goals, since the first 60 mins in the Watford game we have being much better, if you thought we were going to be top of the league you need to chat with yourself, 35 games left.

He's average manager while he's in charge we ain't going to get higher than 10th, I never said we should be top I just think the manager isn't good along many others who think same aswell, deano isn't the king no other prem club would want him, so if a big name manager wanted villa job say joachim Lowe or blanc ud rather have deano in charge who's tactics are shocking and he couldn't motivate a bunch of chickens, too be successful u need to be ruthless like Chelsea, Everton can get big name manager why can't the villa.
