Wow, these youngsters are so good to watch. Probably too many to mention but as a group they have no fear, the way they move the ball so fast and with such attacking intent. They don't take any crap either, fully grown men looking like a bulldog chewing a wasp being squared up to by a young fresh faced lad was brilliant to see!

Chris, we where saying tonight, we used to loan kids out, because we wanted to move them on . Now it’s a completely different mindset, we have that many ready to step up, we just need them to get the experience of playing . The thing that amazes you, is just how comfortable they all are on the ball, mature beyond their years . We now have an exciting, well run academy, that could save us millions over the next few years .
The future is looking very bright .

The youngsters are certainly showing promising signs. The recruitment of some of these lads has been very good and the so called home grown talent shows our coaching team know what they’re about.

All so technical, the first touch of Chukwumeka, Philogene-Bidace and Ramsey all stood out - That ability to take the ball in tight situations and with one touch find a gap is incredible, not many players have that ability. Still a long way to go but these lads look very promising, it's probably the reason we haven't spent big on a 10 (although Buendia does play there at times) and another winger. Great to see :-)
