Just a thought. As we have lost out in our chase for ESR how about looking at Joe Willock instead? They both are supposedly no 10's but Willock is more of a box to box type, his stats were second to none whilst he was at Newcastle and given the choice between ourselves and the Geordies surely he would opt for us.

Bit concerned re the rumours about Bailey and his 'issues' we seem to have quite a united group of players at the moment, the last thing we need is for that atmosphere to be ruined. If we are going to spend that type of money we need to be sure not only about the ability of the player but that he will fit well into the changing room.

Never mind mate just saw the supposed issues, a lot of top players are flawed we all know that, but I’m sure the management and bord will know where there getting into if they do go down that avenue!

Willock a player that really interests me, IMO he kept Newcastle up last season and great scope for potential improvements.

I hope you’re right, his numbers look really good, and he fits the profile of player we are looking for but a number of clubs seem to have looked and decided not to progress with the transfer and you have to wonder why that is but if we have done our due diligence then that’s fine, and to be fair to the club we haven’t got many transfers wrong over the last few years.
