So Jack won't now play until some time in May, so is it feasible that Southgate and Jack's advisors have told him get a couple of games in before the end of the season and you will be in the team for the Euros and your move will be secure, it would go some way to explain his absence. I don't think Deano has been entirely honest with us loyal fans over his omission, so is it surprising that fans are dubious around what has been put out there in the public domain. One thing is for sure Jack is going to have very little influence on our remaining games.

Gosh if that’s true could it mean Deano has being telling us porkies? Surely no lol😂😂😂 I said it last week when he didn’t play against Fulham that I wouldn’t be surprised if he missed another 3 or 4 games at least but I think I was accused of coming up with conspiracy theories 🤔, if it’s true our only hope of a strong finish is a change of tactics cause our regular system only works with a fully fit jack grealish, I would like to see the 4-4-2 implemented again we need to score goals and entertain again,

As for the international situation with jack I think it kinda serves him right if he misses the euros, he played all his underage football for us Irish but became a turncoat then switching to England, Who are by and by a team who win nothing (no offence intended as some of my favourite players over the years have being English guys) you reap what you sow and there is so many talented English players who played all their lives for England who deserve it more in my opinion. the likes of jack and Declan rice are very sore subjects here in Ireland. the argument can be made that he has a better chance of winning something with England and yes it’s true, but if that is the case he is certainly on his bike out of Aston Villa sooner rather than later. I hope he stays but it’s inevitable that he will leave I just hope if he does go that we get that over inflated price for him (because he’s homegrown) before he’s classed as injury prone.
