Did anybody actually pay to see the game?
Reports say we played really well, in the second half . Another couple of signings and I reckon we can give it a good go . If we could get top 10, we can then push on . Very exciting season to come . Once again nice to see a lot of new posters on here, and at the moment no negativity .

Yes I watched in full, although Villa's website screwed up as always. Anyway, we looked really good. Cash is rapid but a little clumsy at times. Good tackler but concerned about whether he is solid enough in defence in general. I'd rather Guilbert at rb. Luiz was class again and Watkins gets around the pitch. Complete opposite of Wesley which is great imo. I think we have really good momentum going into the new season. I won't read too much into friendlies but this felt different.
