Just putting it out there that it was me that said Wilson hated Villa at Troy Deeney levels. 🤔 Lucky escape, now that they've spent a few quid, let's pinch Isaac Hayden off them to be our midfield general, at the risk of repeating myself, in last year of contract, wants to move nearer south for family reasons, all apart from that, damn fine player, especially if out fullbacks are more attack minded, he'd sit in front of the centre halves, would free Luiz up to go further forward to score 30 yarders. Earlier we were asked what we'd do with £100M, this is what I'd do:

GK Butland £8M
RB Cash £15M
DM Hayden £10M
ST Benrahma
ST Watkins £55M for the pair

That's £88M, without selling anyone, once we do, replace accordingly, maybe even have a few loan players in

Ally, most would probably do the same to be fair, but our club? that`s a different kettle of fish.
I said a few weeks ago, Watkins and Benrahma we think, have been part of our plans for 12mths, what is the problem, get it done.
Agree about Hayden for sure, but they need to do it, and not prat about.

I just think Luiz would kill it further forward, Hayden is a true defensive mid, the Kante type player every successful team seems to have, bags of Prem experience too

Wouldn’t mind that Ally, a part from Butland just personal preference. Isaac Hayden or Will Hughes would be good additions.

With the attackers we probably would need one more, an out and out striker.

There’s going to be many a twist I think here Chris, I haven’t heard a peep about anything apart from a contact/ source saying that a home is being prepared for an incoming player that was suited to a family, he thought it was going to be Raschica, although it could be for a player signed last year that was living in a hotel or something, I can tell you that the player who was there is no longer with the club, I’ll let you speculate on that 1 but I’d say it’s pretty obvious lol 😂 🍺 🚗
