Cannot be hearing any talk of Big Sam! Please don’t even bring his name into the ridiculous idea of sacking Smith!

I’d rather us get relegated than make an appointment of such a character and a manager/ dinosaur of the likes of Allardyce.

If we do sack Smith then we need to be bold and look to appointing a man who’s going to bring nothing but positivity to the club and not a divisive one. There are plenty of managers or up coming coaches out there who would do that and do it while being progressive on an off the pitch.

I think we need to back Smith, he’s not made mistakes that I’d say are criminal in regards to picking the team or tactics.
Yes we need further recruits and I don’t think we should be overly concerned With FFP because I think it’s more important we are in the prem next season rather than worrying about any fines or unlikely point deductions.
In saying that I don’t think we have to spend silly money to stay in the prem 2 maybe 3 smart buys at a reasonable cost could keep us up.

I have been saying it for ages Shane, but got a negative response, I agree 100% mate.
The one change I would make, and I think it needs doing for his own good, and that would be to relieve Jack of the captaincy and give it to Heaton for now.

Utter madness to think of sacking Smith.
We are all not perfect in our jobs and Smith the same.
He has villa blood running through his veins as his family have.
They are all hurting with our position in table.
We have a big job to stay up no doubt but we can't keep sacking managers then starting all over again.
Where is the stability in that.
Smith knows his players are not performing as they should be and errors have cost us all season.
We have to stick together and hope it all turns well end of season.
If we go down Smith should stay and bring us back up.
Admittedly we will lose Jack and McGinn if that happens and good luck to them if they have to go
Life goes on we all change .
But I'm hopeful we will survive and 2-3good signing could help us to achieve that.
Striker is urgently wanted as is a c/ mid.
Also a commanding c/ back would be welcome.
So get behind the manager and team and roar them on to victory on boxing day.

Watch when the players come out for the start of the game they are all waving and blowing kisses. Not even in game mode you wouldn’t see Roy Keane do that, no fight no nothing.

Every team needs a nasty person I want 11 of them I want to see big tackles go in every week, it’s only mings who dose that, that’s like me ringing my friends when I get to work. They are going to see them again in 2 hours stop the waving and concentrate on your jobs.
