Just reading a few more comments on Jack, and to be fair it is a mixed bag.
I must say it has been very interesting reading.
Again I have to add I am not throwing anyone under the bus at all, simply stating that in my opinion Grealish is not as good as he thinks he is, or
as good as some fans think he is.
I will try to refine it for the ones who are venomously defending him, he is not my type of player, hope that fits better.
I am sure if Mr Grealish reads any of your remarks he will be reasonably happy.
Some of you are saying you think he is our best player, that`s fine I have no problem with that, I can`t put defenders in this reasoning for obvious
reasons, but for me McGinn is our best player, his workrate, creativity, and goal threat, set him apart.
Only my opinion.

I think we agree on most things tbh Dave, I was confused by your definition of squad player yesterday, because to me that means someone who’s around the first team but not a starter. That and the failing to deliver time and time again are the only things, reading it all back that confuse me still.

I disagree that he isn’t as good as he thinks he is, because when you listen to him post match he’s quite brutal and honest, and in other interviews etc. But footballs all about differences of opinion and that’s what makes it so popular.

Yesterday I definitely miss understood you on a lot of things, and that was why you kept saying I was twisting your words, I genuinely didn’t understand why you was saying he isn’t a world beater or better than X, Y and Z, because I hadn’t said that he was, it was only when you said that you wasn’t saying I had, you was just pointing it out because others had. And the I think you miss understood some of the things I was trying to say reading it back, because when other were making the same points as me but not in big paragraphs, you were seeing their point of view.

Hey ho, things happen, no hard feelings. I know it wasn’t you but I could never get on board with having negative names for good, honest hard working lads who are trying their best for the club, because to me there’s just something toxic about that and almost like thriving off someone else’s potential failure.

I love my club and football in general, but now I am older and wiser I don`t see the game through tinted glasses anymore.

Decent shouts, I’d probably go more ambitious but still semi realistic. januazi, Angelino and I’ll cop out and say Andre grey because I can’t think of a proven prem striker.

Good shout with Bowen though, hard to pick between him and Januazi.

Angelino for left back, Deano doesn’t seem to rate Targett so far and Taylor although he’s definitely improved, I don’t think he’s good enough over 38 games.

Mitrovic, philips from wba, shelvey they be my targets mitrovic can score goals and bullys defenders, philips is a good winger and is better than all our wingers, and shelvey is a quality player he pass the ball 40 / 50 yards easy and knows were the net is . also i'd offer palace 10 mil for big ben if we couldn't get mitrovic.
