It seems we are in advanced talks to sign a Dutch international right back who can player in a number of defensive positions. Obviously Emery is concerned with our current defensive frailties and so he should be, so if this signing happens it's a real positive statement. I just wish there were more positive signals that we are in the market for a quality striker, I'm sure we are but Saturday is fast approaching and the thought we are likely to continue with Duran doesn't fill me with confidence.

That’s right Scotty, but I am equally concerned that as yet we have not replaced the goals and assists from Luiz and Diaby.
