£40 million, I think, will seal the deal. Whenever the quotes come from overseas sources it seems to have a bit more legs. I think it is looking likely.

Absolutely! It’s such a breath of fresh air to have targets and signings so early! Can’t envisage any issues with the medical and can’t see us failing to agree terms as they’d already have been preliminary discussed before any travel. so it’s another happy day!
