Yes he is a very good player Mantz, quick, direct, and can score a goal or two.

Poor season last year, season before he was very good. Wonder if JT has pushed for this one based on his time at Chelsea.

His form has dipped this season but he's a very decent player and at 25 he's still got potential to pick up form if played. Was behind depay and dembelle. Both very good players so won't read too much into last season. Imo better than el gazi and trez for certain. Is he instead of rashica or do we think rashica is still a possibility? Would love to see them both arrive but I'm not so sure it's going to happen we have spent a fair bit now.

Lyon manager has confirmed he is going to Villa.
Just his medical to complete and visa to get. I saw somewhere it was hoped he would get his visa tomorrow.

You would imagine with Traore favouring the right flank, that most likely puts to bed a few other winger options, such as Buendia and Wilson.

If a Rashica deal does proceed, is Benrahma or King the only alternatives we have in mind? Although Cantwell plays down the left, he is more of a midfielder.

I understand King is currently back in Norway recovering from injury, whilst Palace want a loan deal for Benrahma.
