What’s the verdict on Eberechi Eze from QPR? Apparently he’s attracting a lot of interest, including from us. I can’t say I’ve seen a lot of him to be honest but he is being touted as a possible replacement for Grealish apparently. It would appear he’s provided a lot of assists and has scored his fair share of goals too. It’s said that he can be effective as an attacking midfielder and can also play out on the left, so similar to Grealish in that respect.
It’s reported that QPR will want around 20 million. He is still young at 22, so could be an interesting one.

Mark, I watch quite a bit of championship football and from what I have seen he seems decent, a technical type very rangy and has a languid running style I don’t think he is that pacy he certainly doesn’t seem to run at players the way that Jack does but he is a creative type and see’s a pass I certainly think he is worth consideration if Benrahma doesn’t happen but the big question is as with all Championship players can they make the step up When I thought we were destined to be relegated and that Jack was going and Benrahma wasn’t likely to happen I did identify Eze as one we ought to consider looking at.

Yes Mark, he is a half decent player mate, and stays on his feet more than grealish does.
He is strong and direct, and in my opinion thinks a bit quicker, and gets things moving.
He scored against us at VP in a 2-2 draw.
West Ham are showing a big interest, so moving down the road might be his better option.

Decent looking player, not a winger but more of a wide attacking midfield player (so not sprinting down the wing, more of a technical player) . Jack wants to play number 8, so if he stays Eze could be the one who actually plays wider, or someone of his ilk. I think that's the type of player we need to bring in to keep Jack, a winger/ attacking mid to allow Jack to play centrally.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I think what is interesting is that you all seem to think he’s technically up there, which as we we’ll know is important in the Premier league and something we lacked a bit. He is young and still has his best years to come, definitely a possibility I think.
I’m looking forward to tonight’s playoff at Brentford to take a look at Benrahma in particular. If Brentford fail tonight, I would think a few phone calls to the Brentford hierarchy might be in order. 👍.

Boys and girls, if any of you think Eve would choose us over a club in London then your dreaming, only if they supported us or had a family connection, or as usual if we pay big wages will a play like Eve or Benerama come to us, maybe if we had European football that would help too, but in a straight choice, any player in London will want to stay in London, sad but true.
