I'm hearing from certain quarters than dean smith won't be in the running as the new owners want a big name / high profile name and are working with Jorge mendes to create a list.

I've herd that as well malc new owners want to make a statement, they have big ambitions for our club, it will be interesting to see who we get.

Mendez is the agent for Jose - if he gets the sack it would be interesting lol.
My money is on Van Bronkhurst - he'd be tempted away with an open cheque book, and may bring RVP with him.

slaphead rafa has had enough of the internal politics at newcastle, he's a tactical master, but not unfortunatly given to producing a flair based playing style, but his name will be in the media hat.
