Also sawaris has a similar one registered in Luxembourg,
Lots of fans on other sites seem to this is a good thing yto help with ffp,
Delaware is a tax haven for companies,

Nas brother has the same setup for FC Luzern.

Think of it more as selling the rights to a product/ brand in certain countries.
It wouldn't have much impact to the FFP as these investments are similar to how naming rights work. for instance i win the naming rights to Villa Park and I've bid/ offered a sum of £30m, but this £30m has to be split over a certain timeframe, say 5yrs - so under ffp that £30m is only £6m per year.
Not much if you think about it.
