Reports today Delph to meet ts this week to discuss villa future, apparently he is happy at villa and settled in the area, so let's wait and see if Tim can talk him into the revolution

If delph was to stay then i'd say we would have a pretty solid starting line up. Benteke is in because I couldn't think of a striker to replace him and still remain optimistic about him staying (yeah right). What you think though guys. Not too costly and very realistic.

I'm not a great lover of Sanchez to be honest I think he gives the ball away far to much for us and I think we still need another cb but apart from that I'd be happy with those players.

Apparently he had neymar in his pocket at copa America. If he can regain that form then I'd love to say he could be a big player. I think your right about a centre back though but who would you buy?

I've always liked Shawcross if he had someone with pace next to him but don't think Stoke would sell. Proven in the league is a big thing at cb for me so they can slot in. Not to many boys in that position. I think for example richards has the pace if you could land a Shawcross they could form a solid partnership. As a alternative I'd go for aderweld if we could persuade him of our project.

Hi My first post here. Massive Villa fan for 50 years. I have to agree with KinVilla regarding Sanchez. He is a ball winner but gives the ball away far too often which actually cost us points last year (eg: QPR). Not sure Shawcross is the answer though.

Not a chance with Alderweirald Kingy. Spurs want him pretty bad and I read somewhere that Southampton were considering legal proceedings in order to ensure he signs for them.

agree, sanchez is the worst passer of the ball in the prem but probably one of the best ball winners, i like westwood, hasn't done anyhting wrong in a villa shirt, where has this rumour of walker coming to the villa???

why would he leave spurs, i'd throw a loan bid n for yedlin, thoughts?
