Reports suggest we lost 8.5 million of the luiz money to city for a sell on clause. ?‍♂️ here's hoping the players we got in the deal turn out to be gems or it will look like a poor deal.

You win some you lose some. Whilst we may have had to let Luiz go for less than we would have liked, financially we did very well on the Kellyman deal, and if we get £40 million plus for Duran I would say we are ahead of the curve. Add to that picking up Barkley for circa £5 million I would say overall we aren’t doing too badly.

I wonder how much we're paying him. At Luton, he was on £30k per week so if we've got him for close to that, we've picked up a bargain.
