If I was a top world class manager, Spanish, the family homesick and possibly the best job in the world offered to me is Real Madrid, would I seriously consider it, you bet I would.

You'd be right to say that most would consider it.but equally, any manager looking to build a long term project and be given the time to develop a squad of his choosing and a culture of his making would probably think twice.
