So Tonev is the first signing through the door for 3.2m euros £2. 75m and 25k a week wage he's 23 and scored 5 goals last season not bad for a winger looks like he might be a coup let's hope Bellhanda signs soon too and hopefully the likes of Murphy, Cresswell, popov, Martins-indi or Dragovic and I can see Villa having a more competitive mid table season. with continued rebuilding to take villa back to challenging for Europa football were we was 3 seasons ago

I think we may be getting Jores Okore who is a 20 year old defender from Norway, who villa apparently offered 3 mill for which was rejected but villa will be looking to up the offer, looks like a great prospect

He's danish mate but I do hope this transfer goes ahead he's strong, quick and can play his way out of trouble calmly and effectively. No sure why none of the big teams have tried to snap him up but if they're holding out for £5m we should give them it straight away! Looks like a bargain to me.

Younes Belhanda, Jones Okore, and Awron Cresswell are three remaining targets, but cover for right back is needed, and then ite just about getting Bemteke and Wiemann to sign deals

Should also try to sign Luke Murphy. Has had an influential season and if he turns out like Westwood no-one will be moaning. It looks like Belhanda has chosen Villa as his first choice and we will just have to wait and see do the others.

You mean Jores Okore, Aaron Cresswell, Benteke & Weimann I presume?

You presume correct, sorry it's because of the stupid iPhone autocorrect

Benteke is a MUST. Okore could be good and I would welcome Creswell and Murphy too see them improve.
If we landed Belhanda it would be amazing!
Weimann on the other hand. Has come on in leaps and bounds over the past few years. But if he wants to bend Villa over a barrell then let him go. I hear Norwich want him! lmao - let him go! he has talent but is far from a top striker and would not get the chances Villa have given him elsewhere so let him have his money join Norwich and become the high earning championship striker he may badly want to be. otherwise give him a new contract and show him some talent to push his game and his humility.

Murphy, reminds me of dennis Mortimer, he carries the ball that extra 15 mitres, makes the pass that makes the difference, I think that's what's been missing. I think he would be a really good signing.

Does anyone think there is anything to read into regards belhanda not playing for morocco last night (sat 8th) nor being a sub

Weimann has signed a new contract - Officially! With Belhanda sources just getting stronger. Belhanda, Weimann, Benteke & Gabby - even better going forward!
Now to sort our shoddy defence & sell off the dead wood!
