he is a good player winger who can play attacking mid aswell his bin up b4 with roberto so why not again would rather redmond tho if we are really loaded him an townsend would be great townsend has a 8 mill release clause.

A player who wasn't good enough for Albion or Norwich is hardly one that gets the pulse racing. Moreover he's not the type of midfield player we need right now

his a winger we need wingers we don't have any at the club really not saying his the answer but he is good enough to help we have 2 big strikers we need wingers who can cross would prefer townsend an redmond.

He's no winger. Not one with any pace in any case
Regardless where he plays, he's simply not good enough
Also, we have players with a lot more pace/ ability than Dorrans who either are wingers or can play wide; Sinclair, Traore, Grealish and Andre Green.
Our issue last year was winning the ball in the middle and getting it out wide often enough. Central midfield is where we need to strengthen dramatically
Don't see the point of buying players worse or no better than those we already have.

Only positive I can think of is he has been part of squads promoted before, agree with Mendax he isn't good enough. Think the problem last year was the tactics given to the team were never to cross the ball and even when we did gustede would fluff the chance, one time it worked was traore taking apart Sunderland and Gil (smallest player in the team) burying it.
