Why are we standing still in this window 5 days in and nobody in yet surely we must have back up plans if we can't get in the players we want
I think the first signing will idicate what road we take if we are planing for the championship or not
Players I wouldn't mind seeing going
Guzan (butter fingers)
Hutton (can't defend or cross a ball
Westwood (highly overated)
Richardson (well past it)
Charles (stealing a living as footballer)
Gabby (at best a championship player)
I think we would only manage to between 8-10 million for these 6 players that will give you an idea of why our club is where it is to sell 6 players and only manage to get that it's a joke.

i agree after this weekend i would have had half the players i wanted on the books by mid day sunday. we need to rush it before they all go elsewhere.

Add senderos and Bennett to that swap Guzman for Rob green think comment about Westwood harsh last two season snake and ash were a good partnership he as been playing along side players who don't know or understand the premierships requirements and as had to guide them.

Just a thought with Gabby as a Championship player at best? If fit enough wouldn't it be worth keeping hold of him as a true villan and passion for the club when we are down there? We will need real battlers for the shirt, just a thought.

Agree about Westwood overrated and poor. Good point about Gabby.

Worth reading anything into Robinson going out on loan again? Does it mean we're intent on finding the proven players and going all in to stay up? Does it mean the management don't think he's good enough at all? I was very curious to see what would happen with him and am a little surprised he's out on loan again.
