Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert is said to be taking an interest in 17-year-old Serbian youngster Filip Jankovic.

Attacking midfielder Jankovic has been selected already for the Red Star Belgrade first-team and is thought to be a big talent for the future.

Roma are rumoured to be looking at the £3m rated youngster with other clubs likely to join the chase too.

Aston Villa are among a group of clubs who will be watching FC Cluj winger Modou Sougou in action at Manchester United in the Champions League tonight.

Newcastle, Norwich, Bolton and Swansea are also keeping tabs on the 27-year-old.

The Senegal international is available for about £2 million and is known to want to leave Romania in January.

Villa have also been linked with a move for Red Star Belgrade youngster Filip Jankovic. The Serbia Under-17 international was also reported to be a target of Roma.

My mate's mum's second cousin's window cleaners brother's best mates sister's boyfriend went to school with Downing's dad's mate's sister's half brother's wife's hairdresser's next door neighbour but one. I wonder if the steward and he are one and the same?!?!
